Senior Manager, Pricing

Key Role:

Responsible for leading a team of pricing professionals who prepare cost/price proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from the U.S. Government. Manage the team in providing cost modeling, risk identification and mitigation techniques, profit analysis, price and competitive business analyses, and cost/price proposal development for the firm. Assist the Pricing Lead with managing the opportunity pipeline, proposal alignment and resource allocation. Lead and/or provide strategic counsel to the pricing team members and senior leaders on priority opportunities to achieve intended business objectives. Work closely with account leaders and proposal teams to provide accurate and competitive cost estimates with appropriately scaled Basis Of Estimate for seamless integration with our price submission, across a large portfolio of business. Ensure all proposals are prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Corporate Disclosure Statement. Responsible for ensuring the team is fully trained and well versed in proposal and firm expectations. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in Pricing Federal Procurements with supplemental expertise, including project control, contract administration and project management

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Knowledge of the FAR, including Parts 12 and 15, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data (CCPD) proposal requirements

-Knowledge of all contract types and subtypes, including cost plus fixed fee, award fee (term and completion), fixed price (term and completion), and time & material

-Ability to review, write or tailor proposal artifacts and basis of estimates for compliance

-Ability to provide oral and written presentations to the firm’s executive stakeholders and key decision makers

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with managing or leading a pricing team

-Knowledge of DCAA Proposal and Business System Audits

-Knowledge of Other Transactions Authority (OTA) and Commercial Service Offerings (CSO)

-Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and diverse working environment

-Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA or MS degree
