Signal Processing Engineer

Key Role: 

Design and implement effective RF signal processing solution architecture, using approaches of various signal processing technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with strategies and business goals. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work with high performing team against the most challenging technical efforts. This position may require occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel at the customer's request.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with systems engineering processes as they apply to waveform or radio design
  • Experience with RF signal processing techniques in signal detection, signal classification, and signal processing
  • Experience with implementing signal processing algorithms or modeling RF receivers and signal detectors in Python or C++
  • Experience with common software development frameworks and tools, including GitLab, Jira or Confluence, to develop and document signal processing blocks
  • Knowledge of the relationships between RF hardware performance, including sampling, and digital signal processing
  • Knowledge of common design tools used in signal processing
  • Ability to perform occasional CONUS and OCONUS travel at the customer's request
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in a particular class of waveform, including radar signals, ultra wideband processing, or communications networks.
  • Experience implementing signal processing techniques in high performance compute environments
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams where signal processing outputs, including detection statistic, feed other automated processes
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and training neural networks
  • Experience with implementing technical signals analysis in common frameworks
  • Knowledge of ELINT, FISINT, Telemetry, or Proforma technical signals analysis
  • MS degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or CS

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
