Key Role:
Support the management of a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) portfolio and engage with functional management entities for that discipline. Interact with counterparts to ensure early engagement on intelligence discipline systems, operations, budgets, acquisitions, and policies. Support the development and coordination of input to the IC Capability Requirements process and conduct in-depth, data-driven technical assessments of collection capabilities to support discipline-specific decision making. Provide reach back and support to INT-specific entities to inform the development and implementation of multi-discipline intelligence collection strategies. Enhance strategic collection needs identification and requirements activities to meet national intelligence priorities and close gaps. Prepare, produce, and coordinate written products and briefings for executive-level stakeholders on collection activities. Support the planning, facilitation, and after-action needs for community sessions and outreach initiatives to address collection matters, and partner with other agencies on strategic intelligence collection issues that cross disciplines or organizational boundaries or functional topic areas.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in IC in the SIGINT discipline
-Experience working in National Intelligence Agencies
-Experience in using Microsoft Office
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
-Experience with Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) procedures
-Experience with the IC Capability Requirements process
-Experience with Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Evaluation Process (IPPBE)
-Knowledge of the IC's structure, roles, and capabilities regarding collection
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance:
