Strategic Human Resources Market Integrator

Key Role:

Serve as a strategic advisor and primary Human Resources point of contact to internal market senior leadership within a designated account. Partner with clients to consult and evaluate business challenges around people matters, sense and scope emergent business priorities and needs, and identify and partner with the appropriate subject matter experts from People Services Centers of Excellence to socialize, deliver, and manage integrated solutions to those critical business needs. Develop forward-looking Integrated Talent Plans that aim to provide a comprehensive roadmap of the various people-related processes and programs that enable our clients to achieve their business goals. Develop strategies and activities, and track metrics related to talent acquisition, engagement and retention, development and mobility, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Due to the nature of the work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with Human Resources in a large, complex corporate environment

  • 4+ years of experience with managing projects

  • Experience in engaging and consulting with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and develop high-impact solutions

  • Experience with policies, procedures, training, compensation, benefits, performance management, recruiting, diversity, equity & inclusion, and resource management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to be results driven and position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and peers by supporting large-scale strategic human capital programs

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting clients within the Health industry preferred

  • Possession of excellent analytical, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • BA or BS degree in Human Resources preferred; MA or MS degree in Human Resources a plus

  • SPHR certification

  • PHR certification
