Strategic Teaming Lead

Key Role:

Assist in the development, refinement, and approval of leadership Teaming Priorities. Develop and conduct pre-decisional capability data calls from potential teaming partners. Develop teaming analysis and briefing materials for the Capture Team to provide updated status, analysis, and recommendations. Conduct initial engagement with potential teammates and facilitate initial calls with the Capture Team and SMEs. Provide real-time situational awareness of the teaming process and support capture briefing materials to Market Team using the Teaming Scorecard. Develop, distribute, and consolidate teammate data calls to assess capability coverage and potential gaps. Develop Attachment A’s and assist in the development of Work Share verbiage as required. Oversee and expedite NDAs and TA’s working in concert with the capture and subcontracts team. Provide proposal support and insights pertaining to teammate selection, roles, and capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in the federal defense, Civilian Agency, and intelligence services market
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing projects of a transactional and operational nature
  • Experience with analytical concepts, research approaches, and data development at a professional level
  • Experience with analytical expertise and course of action development demonstrated in a functional role, preparing presentation materials, and conveying analytical content
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and the full suite of Office 365 web-based applications
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management applications, public and private government opportunity databases, reading and understanding outputs from systems, briefing executive–level leadership on teammate assessments and capabilities, and providing recommendations
  • Knowledge of the government contracting and industry procurement process
  • Ability to structure projects and align requirements to the appropriate delivery resources
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience with business development, corporate development, or in a strategy role

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
