Strategy Officer, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Strategy Officer, you use your specialized operational and technical experience and your attention to detail to aid your client in achieving their objectives. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to lead efforts to protect our national security.

As a lead strategist on our team, you’ll manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape and challenges. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft, as your team builds assessments to enhance operational capabilities in the field. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your clients meet their toughest analytic challenges. You Have:

  • Experience with supporting U.S. Intelligence Community operational activities
  • Experience with supporting senior-level executives in developing operational strategies to achieve stated objectives
  • Knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community practices and tradecraft
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with mentoring junior staff
  • Experience with program management
  • Ability to be a self-starter and guide clients through challenging scenarios
  • USIC Agencies Operational Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
