Talent Acquisition Lead, Senior Manager

Key Role:

Develop and lead a highly functioning team of recruiters and sourcers in support of an internal client base, act as a business partner, comprehend the client’s business by location, function and domain, and drive successful delivery to support growth. Build knowledge of the client's business and lead a team which embodies excellent client service orientation resulting in a successful partnership with business leaders. Design and deliver relevant and appropriate talent strategies centered on attracting and hiring highly skilled talent for their business. Build and deliver innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for experienced hires, including active and passive candidates. Develop strategies and provide oversight to the sourcing team to implement and execute initiatives to drive candidate pipeline development. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to explore and recommend sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies to build talent communities. Partner with the Candidate Attraction leader and business leaders to identify best practices in attracting and converting talent. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with talent acquisition

-5+ years of experience with identifying and implementing recruiting best practices

-5+ years of experience with leading and managing high functioning recruiting and sourcing teams and driving time and priority management in a fast–paced environment

-Experience with measuring the ROI of sourcing channels and tools

-Experience in pro-actively engaging with TA peers, across corporate functions, and key members of the business to deliver integrated TA solutions

-Ability to be a solutions partner with our client facing team and leverage market intelligence to inform and shape strategies and decisions

-HS diploma or GED required
