Talent Acquisition Leader

Key Role:

Lead strategic relationships with key market stakeholders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce plans, hiring needs, and market and client trends leading to the development of a talent strategy that is in alignment with the three-year Talent Plan. Collaborate with Functional TA and Regional Hub Leads to ensure understanding of market-specific goals and strategies and with the Program’s Lead to leverage build, buy, and borrow strategies allowing for a holistic approach to meet core growth areas. Build professional networks and deep understanding of business and clients to develop and implement recruitment strategies with key stakeholder buy-in that allows the team to deliver against market hiring goals and corporate growth objectives. Participate in green team and other key BD meetings to drive market strategies and mitigate risk for future bids. Present labor market intelligence and provide consultation to market leaders and other key stakeholders. Engage with SBS, contracts, and pricing to ensure staffing needs are met.

Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with talent acquisition

-10+ years of experience in leadership roles with talent acquisition

-5+ years of experience with defense, intelligence, and technology recruiting

-Experience with developing and deploying talent acquisition strategies to support business growth for the customer

-Ability to collaborate across a talent acquisition organization to deliver results through others

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications

-TS/SCI clearance preferred
