Talent Acquisition Operations Leader

Key Role:

As the Director of Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations on the leadership team, you will be responsible building our recruiting operations through innovative and streamlined approaches, including the selection and curation of applicant tracking tools. Be responsible for building and driving operational excellence across the TA organization. This impactful position requires superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication, and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects. In this role, the Director of TA Operations will partner with TA leadership team and a wide array of key stakeholders to manage team metrics, stakeholder communications, and other significant milestones. Own the development of content for strategic events, including monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual operational planning cycles. Define and manage operational, financial, and hiring goals along with key people metrics for the business and leverage strong analytical skills to build reporting, tell the story around the data, and provide actionable insights to drive path to green. Provide project managing to critical initiatives across global stakeholders at all levels, including the change management to ensure the initiative lands in the field. Communicate across global stakeholders at all levels and be able to know the business well enough, with the data to back it up, to represent in senior leadership team meetings. The role demands a strong sense of urgency and the ability to make sound judgement. The individual will need to effectively work with the VP of TA, their direct reports, global partners, business ops and finance, and people services team. As a strategist and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the TA leadership team. The Director of TA Operations will handle day-to-day management of trends and data to allow the VP of TA and the TA leadership to focus on growing the business. The right candidate for the role will contribute to the TA transformation and long-term success of a growing organization. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications

-15+ years of experience with talent acquisition, financial management, program management, project management, or project coordination

-Experience with implementing multi-faceted talent acquisition strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring leaders

-Experience with managing stakeholder and candidate expectations throughout the talent acquisition life cycle to establish compliance, consistency, and quality

-Experience in full life cycle lateral talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding active and passive candidates in an executive search firm, with a recruitment agency or in-house corporate talent team

-Experience with hiring leaders and the interview support teams to confirm candidates are assessed consistently against defined interview standards and in accordance with all state and federal laws and regulations

-Ability to assess business needs and talent markets while developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, programs, and tools that support of business objectives

-Ability to build long term, value-added relationships with prospects, including managing candidate communities, providing meaningful experiences during the identification and attraction processes, and maintaining relationships with candidates not selected

-BA or BS degree
