Talent Cyclical Processes Project Lead

Key Role:

Work with the People Center of Excellences to manage the standardization and execution of talent activities, including merit and salary, bonus programs, assessments, talent management, promotions, and goals. Identify, implement, and execute against improvements and changes while continuously experimenting to improve upon what is learned to better the organization’s people experience. Serve as the project lead for firmwide talent activities, including assessment strategy, delivery planning, talent metrics and analytics, technology and tools, and ease of use.  Evaluate process outcomes against business requirements to drive standardized approaches. Demonstrate effective communication across the organization and apply strategic thinking to influence key leaders. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with managing projects

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources

  • 3+ years of experience in working with data, human capital systems, and technologies

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience in leveraging relationships and process improvement to enhance strategic and tactical business performance

  • Experience with customer-focused service delivery

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions

  • Ability to manage client expectations

  • Ability to leverage expertise in facilitation and presentation

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to work as a collaborative team player and independently in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to build trusted relationships and insert influence

  • Ability to use metrics confidentially for decision-making

  • Ability to coordinate and consult with other internal teams and colleagues

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Certification, or equivalent Human Resources Certification

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 110,000 to 140,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
