Talent Cyclical Processes Senior Leader

Key Role:

Provide leadership and oversight for the execution of firmwide cyclical talent processes. Leverage strong leadership skills to effectively manage and develop a direct team. Serve as a strategic partner with the People Center of Excellences to lead and drive the standardization and execution of talent activities, including merit and salary, bonus programs, assessments, talent management, promotions, goals, and projects determined by business needs. Manage the identification, implementation, and execution of improvements. Advocate change while ensuring continuous enhancements to the organization’s people experience. Evaluate process outcomes against business requirements to drive standardized approaches. Influence key leaders by communicating effectively across a highly matrixed organization and apply tactical thinking to drive operational excellence, effectiveness, and business impact. Partner with other firm leaders to lead people priorities as well as outside of role scope. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing projects

  • 8+ years of experience in a supervisory role, including managing and leading a team of experienced SMEs and professionals 

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources

  • 3+ years of experience working with data, human capital systems, and technologies

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with utilizing business and financial acumen

  • Ability to consult on HR processes to drive standardization at scale

  • Ability to leverage expertise in facilitation and presentation

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership agility, judgment, and influence

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday HRIS

  • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical applications and solutions

  • Master’s degree

  • Active SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or equivalent Human Resources Certification

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 150,000 to 165,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
