The Challenge:

Join us and lend your expertise in change management and process design to examine complex environments through an innovation perspective, making recommendations for improving organizational human capital and management practices. Apply your passion for transforming talent to grow cybersecurity professionals for the Federal Government. Serve as the interface between the client and the Booz Allen team, regularly consulting government leaders on iteratively designing and developing innovative workforce solutions to complex technical talent problems. You will have the opportunity to serve as an expert practitioner in the management consulting pillar and assist with developing new service offerings and intellectual capital for talent transformation efforts.

You Have:
10+ years of experience with working in a professional environment
4+ years of experience with human capital, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, or workforce development
2+ years of experience in process design and business process reengineering
2+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, benchmarking, and delivering verbal and written presentations of operational recommendations for improvement
1+ years of experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, large, and dispersed client organization in the federal or private sector
Knowledge of Six Sigma and business process re-engineering strategies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Master’s degree
Nice If You Have:
Six Sigma certification
Change Management, Design Thinking, or Project Management certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
