As an intelligence analyst and targeting officer, you can use your technical expertise, briefing skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to develop actionable intelligence for our clients. As an Intelligence Analyst and targeting officer on our team, you’ll play a critical role in helping our client understand the operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space. You will do this through daily briefs and operational and time-critical updates to senior leaders. Additionally, you may be charged with analyzing complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. As such, you will demonstrate knowledge of life cycle sponsor operations, including how to support them and leverage expertise in the appropriate legal and policy guidance for executing the client’s particular mission. You will manage, task, and maintain information flow across IC organizations within operational decision timelines. You will convey well-reasoned dissenting perspectives to ensure all data streams are considered for key decisions and become an authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools and our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise as you develop new skills incorporating raw, often time-sensitive intelligence paired with many platforms and tools enabling you to affect the targeting narrative or picture. You will be with a team where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers and use multiple resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:
Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, and HUMINT
Ability to read and process all-source intelligence reports and implement directives, as presented daily
Ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets and generate leads to advance dynamic objectives collection and analysis
Ability to conduct weekly rotating shift work
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with the targeting life cycle

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
