Cloverstack/R3 Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide the client with headquarters-based support for the planning and implementation of traditional foreign intelligence collection, counterintelligence (CI), and technical operations. Combine specialized targeting and advanced analytic expertise and apply in-depth knowledge of and experience with client operational tradecraft and targeting tools and open source research expertise to identify new opportunities for operational activity to enhance ongoing operations. Solve complex tasks and find innovative solutions to problems in often changing, demanding, and ambiguous environments. Apply substantive expertise in operations, operational and technical tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance to operations. Conduct tasks with CI and operational security at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

-Knowledge of CI concepts, principles, and practices to support a wide range of operations and conduct open source research effectively

-Knowledge of targeting tools, both commercially available and those of the client, and how to apply technology to solve complex operational problems in an organized and time efficient manner

-Ability to display agility, innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to the client’s mission, think on your feet, and develop creative and practical solutions to anticipated and unanticipated problems

-Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently

-Ability to deal professionally, confidently, and effectively with US government officers at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree and 8+ years of experience with working in the intelligence community

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with living or working abroad

-Knowledge of a foreign language

-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
