Training Administrator, Mid

Key Role:

Analyze, test, maintain, and deliver training programs and materials to support customer products. Establish course content and objectives. Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. Update course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with IT applications for originating and filing documents and records

-Experience with Microsoft Outlook e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, and accessing and querying databases

-Knowledge of learning management training and sponsor administration systems

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent time management and organizational skills

-BA or BS degree a plus
