User Support and Help Desk Analyst

Key Role:

Provides in-depth support and leads problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Applies specific functional knowledge, working/general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with IT professional

  • Experience with Agile methodology

  • Experience with data loading and databases

  • Experience in working with corresponding business analysts and developers

  • Experience with excellent customer service via phone and written communications

  • Experience with creating knowledge repository documents and capturing frequent help desk issues

  • Experience with creating SOPs and guides for data loading

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Clearance:

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 60,000 to 110,000.
