Wargame and Exercise Practitioner

Key Role:

Apply expertise in how to organize diverse groups to build shared comprehension of complex challenges and facilitate collective problem solving, analysis, and implementation of new solutions and best practices. Work with clients to monitor and review the systematic activities implemented in an organizational system so that mission requirements for a product or service will be fulfilled. Contribute to corresponding data analysis to design relevant, accurate, and realistic exercise materials that result in improved organizational mission performance. Deliver exercise events that allow clients to discuss process initiatives and confirm viability or events that allow clients to physically practice and execute processes to confirm efficiency and comprehension of performance and output expectations. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with program and project management

-Experience with designing, developing, executing, and evaluating wargames and exercises

-Experience with analyzing outcomes and data and developing corrective action plans

-Ability to facilitate groups of varying sizes on a wide wide range

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
