Wargame and Exercise Practitioner

Key Role:

Apply advanced knowledge of how to organize diverse groups to build a shared understanding of complex challenges and facilitate collective problem-solving, analysis, and implementation of new solutions and best practices. Work with clients to monitor and review systematic activities implemented in an organizational system to ensure mission requirements for a product or service are fulfilled. Advise on the corresponding data analysis to design relevant, accurate, and realistic exercise materials that result in improved organizational mission performance. Deliver exercise events that allow clients to discuss process initiatives and confirm viability and events that allow clients to physically practice and execute processes to confirm efficiency and understanding of performance and output expectations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Work on unusually complex problems, provide solutions that are highly creative, and act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-3 years of experience with critical infrastructure-focused exercise planning

-2 years of experience with program management

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Top Secret clearance

-Completion of FEMA Homeland Security Exercise, and Evaluation Program training
