Workday Benefits Integration Consultant, Junior

Key Role:
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in successfully implementing new benefits vendor integrations and management of existing vendor integrations for ongoing administration, special projects and for the Annual Open Enrollment cycles. Provide ongoing Vendor Management serving as technical liaison between third party benefits vendors and internal technical development staff. Monitor benefit integrations output and performance by troubleshooting errors and identifying data trends that require robust solutions. Collaborate with internal human resources staff to resolve data discrepancies impacting the benefits vendor integrations. Ensure thorough documentation of Requirements, assists with Configuration, conduct Unit Testing and Defect Management. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Vendor Testing by augmenting test scenarios accordingly. Assist clients on a day-to-day basis by answering questions and resolving issues. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or Specialist

  • 2+ years of experience with Benefits Integration (Interface File) management, including within an HR System, such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle

  • 2+ years of experience with Vendor Management

  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements

  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Benefits configuration or other related functionalities

  • Experience with Workday Reporting

  • Knowledge of HR processes

  • Ability to be a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with process improvement mindset

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
