Workday Learning Consultant

Key Role:

Lead the day-to-day operational functions to support the Human Capital Management (HCM) function in Workday and enhancements and special projects in the Learning, Talent, and Performance Management areas, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge of a functional lead. Serve as the Workday configuration resource for the Learning, Talent, and Performance Management areas, ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines, and define solutions and options for how to best support business requirements using Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance Management functionality. Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes while accountable for configuration, unit testing, and defect management. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources by adding and augmenting test scenarios to successfully test solutions and implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support. Assist clients on a day-to-day basis by answering questions and resolving issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance Management administrator or analyst
  • Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify process improvements
  • Knowledge of talent development processes
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with Learning and Development products, including Degreed, Udemy, or Questionmark
  • Experience with Workday reporting
  • Experience in process development
  • Ability to be an analytical thinker
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent consultative, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
