Talent and Performance Management Workday Solution Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the day-to-day operational functions to support the Human Resource (HR) function in Workday and enhancements and special projects in the Human Capital Management (HCM) area, applying project management, analytical capabilities of a business analyst, and process knowledge of a functional lead. Serve as the lead Workday configuration resource for the Performance Management and Talent areas, ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines, and define solutions and options for how to best support business requirements using Workday HCM functionality. Ensure thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes while accountable for configuration, unit testing, and defect management. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources by adding and augmenting test scenarios to successfully test solutions and implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support. Assist clients on a day-to-day basis by answering questions and resolving issues. This position can work remotely but should be able to support a 9-5 EST schedule. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with HCM systems
-2+ years of experience with project management
-2+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including talent and performance management
-Experience with people management
-Knowledge of HR processes
-Knowledge of HCM, payroll, and talent touch points
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, including under pressure and with changing priorities
-Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
