Workday Solution Consultant, Senior

Key Role:

Play a key role in the day-to-day operational support for the Talent Acquisition function in Workday. Drive key enhancements and special projects in the Recruiting area by applying project management fundamentals, analytical capabilities, and process knowledge of Workday HCM. Serve as a Workday configuration resource, drive the successful implementation of new reports, functionality and processes within project timelines, and identify solutions and options to best support business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Maintain responsibility for the documentation of business and technical requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end process management. Support UAT resources by adding and augmenting test scenarios to successfully test solutions, implement and monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia but must be able to support 9-5pm EST hours. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with HCM systems

-2+ years of experience with system and business process configuration in Workday Recruiting

-1+ years of experience with project management

-Experience with using Excel

-Knowledge of recruiting processes

-Ability to be an analytical thinker with process development expertise

-Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, be a self-starter, and work well under pressure with changing priorities

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Workday onboarding, security, and other related functionalities

-Experience with managing junior Workday analysts

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, time-management, and problem-solving skills
