Salesforce Automation Tester

The Opportunity:

How do we know if the critical systems we develop for the healthcare industry will stand up to real-world use? How can we be sure the tools we design can integrate seamlessly into existing environments? When you build some of the most important systems in the world, you can’t leave anything to chance. That’s why we need you – an automated test engineer who can examine, interpret, and enhance our systems to solve real-world problems.

As an automated test engineer, you will focus on creating test scripts for continuous automated regression testing. You’ll work with software engineers, developers, and a software design team to analyze processes and test system functionality. To ensure the highest quality of performance, you’ll utilize tools, including Taiko and Selenium, to write test cases, examine functionality, document results, and communicate defects to a development team.

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience as a test engineer
  • 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools and scripting for software development
  • Experience with translating technical requirements, architecture, or acceptance criteria into test cases or test suites
  • Experience with automated testing applications, including Gauge, Selenium, Cucumber, or Taiko
  • Experience with testing user interfaces using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Experience with qualified assurance practices and testing methodologies, including the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test reports
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, BitBucket, JIRA+Xray, or Postman
  • Experience in working with Agile Development Environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud
  • Experience with working on a Scrum team, including work decomposition, estimation, and status reporting
  • Experience in government or Healthcare IT industries
  • Knowledge of Provar
  • Knowledge of SaaS technologies
  • Knowledge of Eggplant and GitHub
  • Knowledge of System Administration
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
