Commercial Life Science Cyber Solutions Account Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a senior account manager for Life Sciences clients and maintain responsibility for driving market growth in the Pharmaceuticals market. Grow key customer accounts and bring in new target customer accounts aligned to the market. Execute and lead account teams through entire client engagements and the sales life cycle, including relationship building, deal shaping, driving market strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients personally. Drive a pipeline and secure opportunities by leading proposal development efforts and supporting delivery teams during execution. Apply expertise in Cybersecurity consulting services to lead solutioning with current and prospective clients, including conceptualizing, designing, and implementing Cybersecurity solutions to advance the client’s Cyber mission and maturity. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding client’s business, challenges, strategic focus areas, and industry trends. Work collaboratively with Booz Allen capability teams and market leadership to drive new business opportunities, achieve annual sales targets, and provide leadership and mentoring to junior account and delivery managers to build scale. This position requires the ability to travel. This position is open to remote delivery from any location in the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience as an account manager or consultant leading project delivery teams with private sector clients

-4+ years of experience with business development in the full sales life cycle with proven performance in growing and building a business

-4+ years of experience as a team leader capable of developing and mentoring junior staff to build scale

-2+ years of experience with a CRM system

-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

-Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital

-Ability to communicate and translate technical solutions into strategic value

-Ability to travel between 30 - 50% of the time

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries, including an established personal network

-Experience with common and emerging technologies and tools, including Cybersecurity and analytics tools to inform stakeholder discussions and business strategy decisions

-Experience with both managed service and consulting delivery models

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity and selling Cybersecurity consulting preferred

-Knowledge of Cyber Defense, Cyber Strategy, and Digital Transformation offerings

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-CISSP or CISM Certification
