Service Management Technologist

The Challenge:

Are you ready to use your combination of knowledge, skills, and experience to tackle the toughest challenges facing government today? We are seeking a technologist to support a service management technology implementation. As a technologist, you’ll drive technical decision making through engagements with a diverse set of stakeholders from IT and business. You’ll work with federal clients to design and facilitate cross-functional workshops concerning technology implementation during architecting and planning phases. During transition and execution, you’ll work with partners to oversee technology migration, workflow redesign, and training development to educate users and Help Desk technicians.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience with technology modernization or transition initiatives

  • 4+ years of experience with solution architecture, including software integration, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS implementation

  • Experience with designing or developing cloud-native solutions

  • Experience with service management

  • Experience with the full SDLC process

  • Knowledge of ITIL, service management concepts, or major service management solutions

  • Ability to lead or facilitate technical discussions

  • Ability to set up expectations among internal teams and clients and managing the delivery

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in consulting with federal government clients

  • Experience with migration to ServiceNow platform

  • Experience with Agile practices and tools, including JIRA or GIT

Clearance:
