Business Development Representative, Senior

Key Role:

Support the business development team in a critical role focused on selling market-leading managed security services and cybersecurity consulting services to enterprise customers. Support and understand managed threat services and managed detection and response and their differentiated value across the cybersecurity and risk landscape. Learn to explain features and benefits of capabilities and solutions. Identify, generate, and qualify new leads for services and work with the sales and vertical teams to capture opportunities. Work with clients and make outbound calls to prospects. Document and follow up on cold and warm leads to close deals and achieve pipeline and sales targets as appropriate. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, working with business development and outside sales teams

  • Experience with building reports

  • Experience with selling managed services to enterprise customers

  • Experience with conducting multi-channel outreach to prospects leveraging CRM management tools

  • Ability to work across account teams and technical sales teams 

  • Knowledge of information technology risk and cybersecurity

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales, working with cybersecurity teams

  • Knowledge of MS Office Dynamics or SalesForce

  • Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills
