Insider Risk Specialist

As an insider risk management professional, you use your analysis experience and your attention to detail to develop recommendations and reports to give your team the actionable insider risk management indicators and context they need. As an insider risk management professional on our team, you’ll help your team understand trends and activities you discovered through various tools. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including user activity monitoring, data loss prevention, and data collection tools. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for internal teams. As the authority on insider risk tradecraft your tools, your team members will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in a variety of tools, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and detection methods. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with analysis and supporting analysis fields, including insider risk management, intelligence, law enforcement, or fraud detection
  • Knowledge of user activity monitoring tools, data loss prevention tools, case management systems, or platforms that search, analyze, and visualize data
  • Ability to work independently while working in a team and driving toward a common goal
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, using activity monitoring software, data collection, analysis, visualization software, or case management software


The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is $120,000 to $145,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
