Technical Support Engineer

Key Role 

Work with a team of experts in cybersecurity operations to ensure the smooth operation of a state-of-the-art cyber detection and analysis platform. Leverage cloud analytics toolsets to build and monitor platform health. Document and maintain a knowledgebase with accurate and relevant procedures and details. Manage and provision user accounts and access levels to supported platforms. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

  • Ability to learn new IT expertise and concepts quickly

  • Ability to collaborate with others

  • Ability to analyze and solve complex challenges and work with client deliverable and requirements

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) Platforms

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Okta, Securonix, EDR, or SignalFX

  • Experience with cloud platform and development

  • Experience in programming languages and development

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 80,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
