Cyber Fusion and Cyber Operations Reporting and Engagement Manager

Key Role:

Serve within Booz Allen’s Commercial Cyber Fusion Center practice to build and operate world-class cyber defense organizations for clients, including Fortune 500, industry-leading companies. Support projects aligned to the CFC’s Cyber Operations Reporting and Engagement team, bringing a product-focused mindset to help clients define, architect, and design cyber fusion solutions. Collaborate across clients’ cyber operations functions and with non-cyber teams to execute the cyber mission, including supporting coordination and communication, long-term remediation, metrics and reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This position will require travel up to 80% of the time to client sites. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, product management, or data analytics

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting

  • Ability to lead both day-to-day project activities and internal capability development initiatives

  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to interpret and translate data to actionable information

  • Ability to build and manage relationships within teams and with clients

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as a people manager, client relationship lead, or project delivery lead

  • Knowledge of tools and skills, including Python, Splunk, Qualys, Archer GRC, ServiceNow, or Tableau

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 100,000 to 170,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
