Cyber Systems Engineer, Lead

Your customer will trust you to not only design, develop and test these Undersea Warfare and Submarine hardware and software systems, but also evolve them and make them more resilient with advanced technology solutions. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering

  • 3+ years of experience with Industrial Control System (ICS) or Platform Control System networks, systems, and principles

  • 3+ years of experience applying cybersecurity principles and processes to ICS or Platform Control Systems

  • Knowledge of engineering principles, processes, and documentation

  • Ability to analyze engineering documentation, requirements, and specifications

  • Active Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) field

  • Ability to obtain DoD  IAT Level III Certification within 120 days of hire

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience applying cybersecurity engineering principles to DoD programs and systems

  • Experience with performing cybersecurity risk assessments and developing mitigation plans

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) designation

  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and engineering processes and procedure

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience

  • Possession of excellent people and relationship-building skills to work effectively and collaboratively

  • TS/SCI clearance  

  • Master's degree in CS or Engineering

  • Engineering or Security Certifications, including ASEP

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
