Cybersecurity Solution and Win Executive Leader

Key Role:

Provide centralized point of contact for pre-sale opportunities that could require advisory, build, and run as-a-service cyber defense operations, including Advanced Threat Services. Coordinate incoming requests with Capability Delivery Leads responsible to ensure scope of service and pricing is within boundaries.  Participate in proposal development, including scope and staff mix, delivery execution, and development of schedule and costs and maintain responsibility for client satisfaction while providing leadership to a team of delivery professionals. Manage the appropriate approvals for each opportunity, including detailed design reviews.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience in working with global client executive teams providing security strategic consulting to C-level executives across verticals, like, Financial Services, BioTech or Pharma, Manufacturing, and Healthcare

-10+ years of experience with cyber services in a professional, managed, and consulting environments

-Knowledge of Cyber strategy, including how to orchestrate highly technical delivery teams and work with clients to identify optimal solutions, including people, processes, and technology based on their specific challenges

-Ability to design and integrate security solutions to address enterprise risks and exposure

-Ability to manage and lead multiple fast paced delivery teams across challenging commercial environments

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with delivery excellence, including QA and quality control and managing or leading functional teams to meet or exceed client expectations

-Experience with leading large or complex Cybersecurity capability design and implementation projects for Fortune 500 clients, including the implementation of new people, processes, and technologies for threat prevention, detection, and response

-Experience in the energy, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, high tech, or digital industry

-Ability to work with senior partners and executive officers to foster positive client and vendor relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment

-Possession of excellent client facilitation skills

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a Cyber or technical-related field preferred, MA or MS degree a plus
