Technical Project Manager

Key Role:

Work as a dynamic, highly motivated, and well-organized individual to serve in a support role, including working closely with the client to manage site IT projects. Support the client, including ensuring accurate status updates on project deliverables and overseeing and analyzing project management processes. Perform organizational tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating various calendars, creating reports, and maintaining detailed Excel spreadsheets. Make independent decisions regarding the planning, organizing, and scheduling of work within established guidelines. Leverage expertise in the management of project support tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate information effectively to management through both verbal and written fo. 

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with scheduling complex meetings, travel, and team events and maintaining a detailed calendar

-Experience with professional writing

-Ability to organize multi-project tracking, including tracking status and progress

-Ability to support senior leadership

-Ability to work in a team with a wide and diverse network of groups and individuals

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills
