Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Act as a key technical expert on financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects. Interface with top management, responding to their request for financial data and resolves reports and compliance issues. Analyze the preparation of special reports and financial studies for management and alert them to significant variances to plan. Coordinate, negotiate, and resolve financial compliance issues with various governmental agencies to ensure accurate interpretation. Conduct and may lead audits. Provide work leadership for junior employees.

 Basic Qualifications:

 -7+ years of experience with leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Standard Accounting SAP implementations at large public or private section organizations

 -7+ years of experience in working with accounting tools, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Standard Accounting, Budgeting, and Reporting System (SABRS) and SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS)

 -7+ years of experience in delivering presentations to senior leadership and high-profile clients

 -Experience with entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis

 -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

 -Secret clearance       

 -BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with SAP Implementation Work

-Experience with defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines

-Experience with Command Financial Management Systems (CFMS), Standard Accounting and Reporting System-Field Level (STARS-FL), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Data Access (EDA), Defense Travel System (DTS), Relational Supply (R-Supply), or General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS)

-Experience with auditing

-Experience with financial statement and internal control audits

-Ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent configuration and design skills

-Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification

-Government Financial Manager (CGFM) Certification
