Naval Aviation Analyst

As a Naval Aviation Analyst, you’ll bring your analytical background to work on projects for the Navy. You’ll provide support to the client on program and project operations. You have experience developing and executing successful strategic plans and managing the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation. You'll provide complex statistical modeling and analysis and evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance, shorten throughput time, and minimize internal costs, while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output.

You Have:  

• 15+ years of experience with manpower and personnel
• Experience in MPTE and personnel readiness
• Experience in supporting Navy manning policy, management, and analysis
• Experience with Continuous Process Improvement tools and approaches
• Experience with using MS Office Tools, including programming with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Tableau and SharePoint
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience with Power Query/Power BI
• Experience analyzing and merging data from disparate sources
• Experience with Jupiter and MyNavy HR’s Enterprise Authoritative Data Environment
• Experience with Performance to Plan and Get Real Get Better Initiatives
• Experience in the military as a Commissioned Officer, Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, or at a senior level DoD government level, including O5-O6, E8-E9, or GS14-15
• Master’s degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
