Naval Mission Analyst

Key Role:

Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to DoD transformation and modernization. Facilitate military pay process improvement by leading discussions with executive decision makers and helps identify gaps for training. Communicate with clients and Booz Allen leadership on issues, should they arise, and help bring innovative solutions to complex problems. Work closely with project lead to help manage and lead a diverse group of staff. Assist with identifying challenges facing Navy clients and business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in working with the Navy
  • 5 years of experience in working in Navy Pay and Personnel
  • Knowledge of Navy Pay policies, procedures, and systems
  • Knowledge of Navy Budget Execution, Defense Planning, and Financial Management
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS degree
