Navy Enterprise Resource Planning Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Assist Navy client in the transition from Standard Accounting Budgeting Reporting System (SABRS) to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Provide guidance on change management efforts to assist team in migrating the Navy client’s financial structure and applicable third-party business solutions to the Navy ERP suite of applications. Apply experience with NAVY ERP to support the Navy client and subordinate command migration, including hierarchy and financial structure constructs. Assist with legacy data conversion, mock testing, and cutover milestones. Work as part of an innovative team to help design solutions that promote data-driven decisions, including computational analysis, models, data management systems, business applications, data visualizations, and support.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Navy ERP

  • 5+ years of experience with accounting and finance

  • Knowledge of Navy ERP system and data flows

  • Ability to extract data from Navy ERP at a high level

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with SABRS, SABRS Management Analysis Retrieval System (SMARTS), Command Financial Management Systems-Consolidated (CFMS-C), Reserve Integrated Management Systems-Financial Management (RIMS-FM), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Electronic Data Access (EDA), and Defense Travel System (DTS)

  • Experience with entering, cleaning, and conducting basic data manipulation and analysis

  • Knowledge of DoD accounting principles

  • Ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to deliver presentations to senior leadership and high-profile clients
