Personnel Security Specialist

Key Role:

Process and maintain firm and government inspectable records and procedures for employees to obtain and maintain government security clearances or positions of trust. Apply specific functional knowledge or working and general industry knowledge. May assist in the development of solutions to problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work under general supervision; may provide guidance for less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with DISS, eQIP, and ACCS
  • Knowledge of SCI personnel security packages/processing procedures, NISPOM, SEAD, DoD directives, EOs, or ICDs
  • Ability to navigate multiple DOD SCI components and Intelligence Communities
  • Ability to have completion of DCSA Courses, Personnel Security Management, and Introduction to DoD Personnel Security Adjudication
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4+ years of direct experience or Master’s degree and 0-2+ years of direct experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience as an FSO or CSSO
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skill
  • Possession of excellent customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
