RMF and IA Certification and Accreditation Specialist

The Challenge:

Everyone knows security needs to be “baked in” to a system architecture, but you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. What if you could use your cyber skills to design and build secure systems? We’re looking for a specialist who can help create solutions that will stand up to even the most advanced cyber threats.

As an RMF and IA Certification and Accreditation Specialist on our project, you’ll provide technical analysis for information assurance (IA) support and integration efforts and analyze certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation for DoD or Navy research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) or operational systems, networks, and applications, and commercial off –the–shelf (COTS) information security (INFOSEC) product evaluation and documentation. Conduct risk assessments and risk mitigation analysis and develop contingency plans. Certify and accredit Department of the Navy (DON) information systems and networks and Platform IT. You’ll work to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer’s needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so you’ll investigate new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. As a team, we’ll take a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. Your contributions will help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices like RMF, IA and C&A. You’ll be able to gain experience in cyber security and security events, while building piece of mind in a critical infrastructure. Join our team as we improve the RMF and IA needs for the DoD through Cybersecurity.

Empower change with us.
