Key Role:

Analyze the development and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences. Provide stand-up classroom instruction. Apply specific functional knowledge, working, and general industry knowledge. Contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, may review or guide activities of junior employees as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the Training Development field
  • Knowledge of US Navy Navigation Systems
  • Ability to develop curriculum
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • BA or BS in Education, English, or Psychology
  • Training Certification within 12 months of hire

Additional Qualifications:

  • Secret clearance
