The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals through data analysis and visualization? Many organizations know where they want to go but getting there can be a challenge. We’re looking for you, a Business and Strategy Analyst who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the greater client community. As a Business and Strategy Analyst on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them to understand their organization through data analysis and crystallize their goals. With your experience in data analysis and visualization, you will help clients understand the current environment, future forecasting, and decision-making to achieve organizational goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization and the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in professional or military environments

• Experience in data management, data analysis, and visualization

• Ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to data, business, and strategy issues

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with scripting languages, including R or Python

• Experience with DoD financial funding models

• Knowledge of NIWC LANT Operating Models

• Secret clearance

• Master’s degree
