IT Infrastructure Operations Systems Administrator/Engineer

We’re looking for an IT infrastructure operations systems administrator and engineer with experience in CENTRIXS, GCCS, and NAVMACS to help us support the warfighter’s capabilities.

As an IT infrastructure operations administrator on our project, you’ll be responsible for activities related to system administration and assign personnel to various projects, direct their activities, and evaluate their work. You will ensure the long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization. This position includes maintaining responsibility for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software. You’ll implement operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. You will perform complex analysis, design, development, testing and debugging of computer software to support distinct product hardware or technical service lines of businesses.  You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of one or more systems and extensive knowledge of one or more platforms and programming languages. You may assist with training personnel and work under general to little supervision. You’ll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so we’ll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. You Have:
-3+ years of experience with software administration or development

-3+ years of experience with computer networking, configurations, and administration

-Experience with C4I software integration, including CENTRIXS, GCCS, and NAVMACS
-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
