Wargaming Specialist

Key Role:

Consult on the design and execute strategic and operational level wargames for a range of participants from senior military leaders, to CEOs, action officers, and corporate managers under limited supervision. Consult on the design, execution, and delivery of analytic tasks associated with wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including the shaping of objectives, crafting of wargaming constructs, authoring of scenarios, facilitation of participant discussions, and authoring of after action reports and briefings. Assist with the application of warfighting disciplines, cause of action analysis, strategy development, and organizational processes or procedures to craft wargames. Allow participants to test assumptions in a minimal-risk environment and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as a lead designer or analytic team member in the planning and execution of multiplayer wargames

-Experience with facilitating events to enable participants to work effectively and synergistically towards a common goal

-Knowledge of planning and conducting Combatant Command, Joint Staff or Service or MAJCOM level wargames

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with training in one or more of a Combatant Command's assigned Unified Command Plan (UCP) missions a plus
