Key Role:
Focus on the identification and protection of Critical Program Information (CPI) and analysis of the development of program protection plans (PPPs), Cybersecurity Strategies (CSSs) and solutions to ensure that developed and fielded capabilities deter efforts to reverse engineer (RE), exploit, or develop countermeasures and ensure against RE, replication, or modification by an unauthorized nation or organization. Assist clients with assessing, defining, developing, and implementing systems security engineering (SSE) requirements, including assessing security provisions in technical reviews, specifications, engineering and test plans, designs, program deployment actions and other acquisition and engineering plans and documents. Assist with assessing and updating PPPs and other CPI and component issuances and analyze PPP preparation guides, CPI determination matrices, risk assessments, manuals, and analysis tools, such as CPI and component analysis and checklists. Engage in reviewing CPI issuances and updating or developing new guidance for program protection planning. Assist with preparing PPP and CPI documents and issue recommendations and provide onsite assistance with the execution of program protection activities in compliance with DoD and client requirements. Identify and prioritize security vulnerabilities discovered by vulnerability analysis tools and develop appropriate remedial countermeasures in the PPP.
