Enterprise Architect, Lead

Key Role:

Design architectural roadmaps for the Veterans Administration and develop governance frameworks for enterprise architecture (EA), in accordance with enterprise strategies and (EA) processes, while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts; contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision; mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise architecture and architectural roadmaps
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks
  • Ability to synchronize business needs with IT systems and business processes
  • Ability to create and implement enterprise architecture models
  • Ability to integrate with business IT systems and drive transformation in large, complex environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with healthcare delivery, electronic medical record modernization or related IT systems and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data, application, network or security architecture
  • Master’s degree in enterprise architecture
  • Business Architecture, Application Architecture or related architecture certifications

Vetting:

Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 150,000 to 190,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
