Production Controller

The Challenge:

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of manufacturing operations. You’ll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and SAGE MRP and regular interactions with Production, Quality, Engineering and the Program office. You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

  • 7+ years of experience working in a Production Control position in a manufacturing plant

  • 7+ years of experience working with a material requirement planning (MRP) software including MS Word, MS Excel, or SAGE MRP

  • 5+ years of experience in warehousing or inventory control

  • 2+ years of experience controlling and monitoring the flow of technical data through the issuing of work tickets/routers

  • Experience quoting and purchasing raw materials, off the shelf components, and material processes

  • Experience analyzing multi-level bills of material to ensure that all parts are completed per schedule

  • Ability to create and maintain production schedules and to to read and interpret blue prints and drawings

  • Secret Clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Knowledge of DoD contracts and DoD manufacturing

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
