Contract Administrator

Key Role:

Provide acquisition, contract, and financial management support for developing acquisition documentation, life cycle contract monitoring, and financial tracking for a diverse DoD client to ensure their program needs in accordance with cost, schedule, and technical requirements are being met with team lead supervision. Maintain responsibility for the development of contract correspondence, status, and financial reports,tracking and monitoring financial trends within data gathering and analysis tools, and daily monitoring of contract ceilings, deliverables, and invoices. Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contract requirements, interact daily with the contracting officer representative (COR), and work in a close team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with providing project support

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
