Operations Research Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise to the project and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members. Provide prototyping, engineering, testing, hardware and software integration, and developmental engineering for the integration of a family of systems capability for Geospatial Intelligence UNIFIED Naval Streaming Systems (GUNSS) to meet mission requirements, including hardware and software technical data product (TDP) development, test system development for verification and validation (V&V) of GUNSS products, software development and prototyping, test software development and prototyping, information assurance support, and onsite and field support for testing.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with analysis techniques to develop solutions

-Experience with working in a DoD environment

-Knowledge of research methods, including Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) Budget Cost Analysis and other Research Activities to inform the client on Program of Record activity

-Ability to work independently and with a team concept to produce a viable product

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
