The Challenge:

Warnings about Cyber threats are everywhere, and the constantly evolving nature of these threats can make understanding them seem overwhelming to people in all sectors. In all of this “Cyber noise”, how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is you – build your knowledge as an information security risk specialist who knows how to break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.

As a Cybersecurity analyst on our team, you’ll work with military leaders to discover their Cyber risks, comprehend applicable policies, and develop a mitigation plan. You’ll get technical, environmental, and personnel details from SMEs to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you’ll help your team to guide your client through a plan of action with presentations, whitepapers, and milestones. You’ll work on translating security concepts for your client so they can make the best decisions to secure their critical infrastructure. You Have:

-3 years of experience with Cybersecurity

-Experience with DoD Cybersecurity policy

-Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS), DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), hardening systems, or applying Information Assurance (IA) controls

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD 8570 Compliant IAM I Certification

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with preparing DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Processes (DIACAP) or Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages and supporting documentation

-BS degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or an IT-related field

-DoD 8570 Compliant IAM II or IAM III Certification


Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
