Learning Administrator

Key Role:

Provide clerical and administrative support to the training and development function. Schedule, coordinate, and maintain master schedule of training programs, courses, and the use of equipment, space, and facilities. Resolve routine scheduling conflicts. Distribute course catalogs, process registration, and answer routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules. Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience in administrative support functions, training, or personnel administration

-3 years of experience driving in a city traffic environment

-Experience with driving vans with a capacity of up to 15 passengers

-Experience with the preparation of US Navy correspondence

-Experience with Microsoft Office suite

-Knowledge of basic office machines, including fax, printers, copiers, and scanners

-Ability to prepare and maintain administrative matters and records as directed

-Ability to obtain a Florida State driver’s license with a clean driving record within the previous 12 months

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the US military Temporary Living Allowance (TLA) process, include preparing the TLA documents and pick-up and delivery of TLA checks for international students
