Cyber Remediation Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for managing SMEs that analyze attack and vulnerability data and recommend changes to system owners, business leaders, and other responsible parties. Work with security engineers, administrators, and developers to ensure that systems are working as designed, including making changes, applying patches, and setting up new admin users. Gather metrics around Cyber Fusion activities, drive vulnerability remediation reporting and efforts, and serve as the overall project manager for Cyber Fusion in liaising with the Risk Management program. Coordinate efforts between various IT and security teams.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with Cyber Risk Management or Security Operations activities

-Experience with security risk assessment, vulnerability triaging, and remediation

-Experience with Windows environments and Active Directory concepts

-Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, or Linux operating systems functions and security

-Knowledge of applications, database, and Web server design and implementation

-Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings to senior staff

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with IT spanning multiple disciplines

-Experience with Web application security principles

-Knowledge of the Secure Development Life Cycle

-Ability to recruit, hire, and retain top Cybersecurity consultants responsible for remediation best practices

-Current CISSP Certification
